STIMS

FIRST requires all students to complete a consent and release form. This year, FIRST has introduced the Student Team Information Member System (STIMS) which allows students to complete the consent and release form once throughout the course of the season.

All events (including scrimmages) within MA require every member of an FTC team to complete the consent and release form. Please have a parent help complete the form here: Student Team Information Member System (STIMS)

Alternative Home-Zone Construction Plans

If you are thinking about building a home-zone platform for your practice field, be sure to check out the Alternative Home-Zone Construction Plans we just posted over on the AP’s Corner page. Our field builder, Eric, did some great work on these and the alternative design is a huge space saver if you are always transporting your field.

Looking For Scrimmage Venues

We would love to help run some scrimmages this season. In order to make this happen we need your help!

Being new Affiliate Partners for FTC is a big adjustment for Loretta and I. To help remove some of the burden we are hoping FTC teams will offer up venues and dates for scrimmages. If your team can get us a school gym to use and invite other teams, we will bring in a complete FTC field and the equipment needed for the Field Control System. Offering food at the scrimmage will be up to the host team and will be their responsibility. The main idea is to get gracious teams running practice matches and preparing for tournament day.

If any teams are interested in helping us out please email us at massftc@gmail.com!
